Overview
Every choice says something. Learn what.
The SOVA personality questionnaire shows 41 screens of four workplace statements; you rank them and each column may be used only once — forcing trade-offs between looking diligent, decisive, collaborative and analytical. Ours reproduces the real screen format and the once-per-column rule.
Your answers are scored server-side against the ideal consultant profile, and the report gives an 8-dimension fit breakdown — showing which dimensions Bain’s profile rewards and where your instinctive rankings drift from it.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
How close is Bain SOVA Personality to the real thing?
41 screens of four workplace statements, ranked with each column used only once — the real forced-choice format — scored server-side against the ideal consultant profile for an 8-dimension fit report. An independent recreation: same format and pressure, never the official content.
How do the runs work?
Your purchase lives on your account: three attempts of Bain SOVA Personality, unlocked the moment payment completes. Open the tool, confirm the entry prompt, and one attempt is consumed — re-run freely within that open session. Buy Bain SOVA Personality or take it with the Bain bundle.
Do my attempts expire?
No. Attempts stay on your account until you use them — buy now, practise when your assessment is scheduled. Only entering the tool consumes an attempt; within an open session you can re-run as often as you like.
Is there a refund guarantee?
The outcome guarantee covers the McKinsey bundle only. Bain SOVA Personality is a Bain product — outside the guarantee standalone or in the Bain bundle — see the terms.
