Overview
The BCG Quant test, recreated faithfully.
BCG’s Quantitative Reasoning assessment is a 40-minute sprint through numeracy, charts and tables. Our simulation draws 20 questions from a bank of 200+, keeps a strict timer, and lets you flag and review before you submit.
Answers are marked server-side, so your score is accurate and the correct answers never appear on screen before the test is over.

How this simulation stacks up
Every route to BCG Quant practice has trade-offs. Here is where a full simulation sits against the common alternatives, using only what we can verify about our own tool.
| Ace the Solve BCG Quant | Free question PDFs | Private tutoring | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Timed like the real test | Yes | No | Sometimes |
| Charts and tables in the real format | Yes | Sometimes | Sometimes |
| Instant objective marking | Yes | Self-marked | When your tutor reviews |
| Report on pacing and skills | Yes | No | Yes |
| Fresh questions each attempt | Yes — random 20 from 200+ | No | Varies |
| Cost | £10 for 3 attempts | Free | Varies |
The alternatives describe categories of preparation, not specific providers: free PDFs, tutors and courses all vary, so treat those cells as typical rather than universal.

Pick BCG Quant on its own, or take all three BCG tools in the BCG bundle.
This was the most realistic BCG Quantitative simulation I found. It was quite uncanny. I tried some free tests elsewhere but they were quite far off the mark. I can attest that this is similar to the London office test.
Standalone
- 3 attempts of the full test
- AI-scored report after every run
- Runs never expire
- Pick up on any device
- Free 3-minute trial available
BCG bundle

FAQ
Questions, answered.
How close is BCG Quant Simulation to the real thing?
The real assessment is a 40-minute sprint through numeracy, charts and tables; ours draws 20 questions from a bank of 200+ onto the same strict timer, with flag-and-review before you submit and instant server-side scoring. An independent recreation: same format and pressure, never the official content.
How do the runs work?
Your purchase lives on your account: three attempts of BCG Quant Simulation, unlocked the moment payment completes. Open the tool, confirm the entry prompt, and one attempt is consumed — re-run freely within that open session. Buy BCG Quant Simulation or take it with the BCG bundle.
Do my attempts expire?
No. Attempts stay on your account until you use them — buy now, practise when your assessment is scheduled. Only entering the tool consumes an attempt; within an open session you can re-run as often as you like.
Is there a refund guarantee?
The outcome guarantee covers the McKinsey bundle only. BCG Quant Simulation is a BCG product — outside the guarantee standalone or in the BCG bundle — see the terms.
What’s on the BCG quantitative reasoning test?
20 questions in 40 minutes: numeric-entry arithmetic (percentages, ratios, rates, growth) plus chart and table reading, at roughly GRE Quant level. Our complete guide walks through every question family with strategy for each.
How many questions are in the bank, and will I see repeats?
20 are drawn at random per attempt from 200+. Across your three attempts some repeats are possible.
How is it marked?
Server-side. Each answer is marked against the stored correct value, and numeric answers are accepted within the question’s tolerance. The correct answers appear only after you submit, never during the test.
Can I pause or come back to a question?
You can move freely between questions and flag any for review before you submit. There is no pause: once an attempt starts, the 40-minute clock runs continuously until you submit or time runs out.
Is a calculator available?
In the simulation there is no calculator: you type each answer into the answer box, so you practise the by-hand arithmetic the timed format demands.
