How do the runs work?

Your purchase lives on your account through the MBB bundle: three attempts of Case Ace alongside every McKinsey, BCG and Bain tool, unlocked the moment payment completes. Open the tool, confirm the entry prompt, and one attempt is consumed — re-run freely within that open session. Case Ace isn't sold separately: get the MBB bundle.

Do my attempts expire?

No. Attempts stay on your account until you use them — buy now, practise when your assessment is scheduled. Only entering the tool consumes an attempt; within an open session you can re-run as often as you like.

Is there a refund guarantee?

The outcome guarantee covers the McKinsey bundle only. Case Ace is bundle-only — it comes with the MBB bundle, which the guarantee does not cover: see the terms.
